Elavenil Strikes Gold Again At Asian Championships
Indian shooter Elavenil Valarivan claimed gold in the women’s 10m air rifle event at the 16th Asian Championships in Shymkent, scoring 253.6 in a calm, confident final. This marks her second continental gold, her first coming in 2019 in Taiwan during her training under Olympic medalist Gagan Narang at Gun for Glory Academy.
