Soldier Beaten By Toll Staff In Meerut Attack
Army soldier Kapil Kavad was attacked by toll booth staff in Uttar Pradesh's Meerut after an argument over toll exemption. He was travelling to Delhi to return to duty in Srinagar. A video showed him being pinned to a pole and beaten. Police have arrested four men and are searching for others involved in the assault.
