TCS Delivers Full Quarterly Allowance To 70%+ Employees
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) paid 100% of the Quarterly Variable Allowance (QVA) to over 70% of its workforce for the January-March quarter. Other employees’ QVA depends on business unit performance. TCS reported a 1.7% dip in Q4 profit to Rs 12,224 crore, while revenue rose 5.3%. The company added 625 employees to its workforce.
