Bengaluru Ranks 4th Globally In Luxury Housing
Bengaluru ranked 4th among 46 global cities in the annual rise of premium home prices, with a 10.2% increase, as per Knight Frank’s Q2 2025 report. Mumbai ranked 6th and Delhi 15th. Seoul topped the list. Despite global slowdown, Indian cities showed strong demand and price growth in prime housing due to rising urban wealth.
