SC Flags Irregularities In Madras High Court Proceedings
The Supreme Court has sought a reply from the Madras High Court over alleged irregularities in case listings and hearings, describing “something wrong” happening there. The notice, linked to the Karur stampede case and TVK party petitions, also impleads the High Court Registrar. Madurai and Chennai benches gave conflicting orders on SIT and CBI probes.
