Pak Admits Deadlock In Counterterror Talks With Afghan

Pakistan says its talks with Afghanistan are in a stalemate after three rounds failed to secure counterterror cooperation. The Nov. 7 Istanbul meeting saw no progress on stopping cross-border militants. Spokesperson Tahir Andrabi confirmed the impasse but said Pakistan remains committed to dialogue despite rising security concerns in the region.
