Indian Man Charged In Deadly US Truck Crash
Rajinder Kumar, 32, who entered the US illegally three years ago, has been charged with criminally negligent homicide and reckless endangerment. The charges follow a collision in which Kumar’s semi-truck struck a car, killing William Micah Carter, 25, and Jennifer Lynn Lower, 24. Authorities are investigating the circumstances of the fatal accident.
