Alert! Mithi River Reaches Danger Mark In Mumbai
Mumbai is witnessing heavy to very heavy rains, causing waterlogging on roads, especially in low-lying areas. The water level of the Mithi River has reached the danger mark, and officials have alerted people to vacate Kranti Nagar and stay in nearby schools. Schools and colleges in the city have been closed. Earlier, the IMD issued a red alert for Mumbai today.
