All working women in Bengaluru aged 18-52, whether in permanent, contractual, or outsourced jobs, are entitled to one day of paid menstrual leave per month, totaling 12 days a year. No medical certificate is required, and the leave must be used within the same month. The policy covers women in govt, private, IT, and manufacturing sectors.
