The first India-bound crude oil tanker has safely crossed the Strait of Hormuz and is nearing Mumbai after Iran allowed safe passage. The Liberia-flagged vessel, carrying Saudi crude and captained by an Indian, sailed from Ras Tanura earlier this month.
