PM Modi is campaigning in Araria today for the second phase of Bihar Assembly polls, expressing confidence that the NDA alliance will secure a massive majority. Meanwhile, in the first phase of the polls, Bihar recorded a 27.7% voter turnout by 11 am. Voting began at 7 am across 121 assembly seats in 18 districts.
