BRS Calls GHMC Expansion Illegal, Writes To Commissioner
The BRS has alleged that the merger of 27 municipalities into the GHMC is illegal, claiming rules were violated during the delimitation process. In a letter to the commissioner, party legislators said ex-officio members were excluded, no General Body meeting was held, and due procedure under the GHMC Act and delimitation rules was not followed.
