India, EAEU Begin FTA Negotiations Amid Trade Growth
India and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) have signed Terms of Reference to begin negotiations for a Free Trade Agreement. This move aims to boost trade, which reached $69 billion in 2024. The FTA is expected to enhance market access, competitiveness, and benefits for MSMEs, alongside India’s other trade talks.
