SC Issues Key Orders To High Courts On Civil Judge Posts
The Supreme Court has issued key orders to all state high courts, extending the application deadline for civil judge posts to April 30. The Supreme Court made these observations during the hearing of a review petition filed against the verdict that required those entering the judicial service to have practiced as lawyers for at least three years.
