Supreme Court To Hear Stray Dogs Case Today
The Supreme Court will today hear a suo motu case on stray dog management, summoning Chief Secretaries of all states and UTs except West Bengal and Telangana. The special bench earlier criticized governments for failing to comply with orders on Animal Birth Control Rules, noting only a few had submitted required affidavits despite repeated directives.
