Nagarjunasagar Sees Heavy Inflow, 26 Crest Gates Opened
The Nagarjunasagar Project, situated on the border of Telangana's Nalgonda and Andhra Pradesh's Palnadu districts, is steadily receiving heavy flood inflows from the Srisailam Dam. In response, authorities have opened 26 crest gates to release water downstream. The current inflow stands at 10 lakh cusecs, while the outflow is 4.06 lakh cusecs.
