Raghav Chadha Flags Unfair Prepaid Recharge Rules In Rajya Sabha
AAP MP Raghav Chadha raised concerns in the Rajya Sabha about prepaid mobile recharge policies. He questioned the 28-day validity cycle, saying it forces users to recharge 13 times a year instead of 12. Chadha also criticised telecom companies for blocking incoming calls after plan expiry and urged clearer rules to protect consumers’ communication rights.
