US Removes Brazilian Justice Moraes From Sanctions
The United States has removed Brazilian SC Justice Alexandre de Moraes from its sanctions list, reversing an earlier decision tied to his role in trials against former President Jair Bolsonaro. His wife and the Lex Institute, which she leads, were also delisted. The move was confirmed in documents from the US Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control.
