Tejas Jets Set To Fly Again After Two Months
India’s Tejas fighter jets will resume flying on April 8 after a two-month grounding. HAL Chairman D.K. Sunil confirmed that software and brake issues have been resolved. While engine supply delays from GE Aerospace persist, HAL expects to deliver 20 new Tejas Mk1A jets by December. This return boosts the IAF’s declining fighter squadron strength.
