Floods In Vietnam: Death Toll Climbs To 98

Heavy rains and floods in central Vietnam have killed 98, with 10 missing. Over 2,000 houses were damaged, 426 collapsed, and 51,800 hectares of crops submerged. Livestock losses exceed 920,800. Economic damage is $570M. The government provided $44.5M in emergency aid to support recovery in Hue, Da Nang, Quang Tri, and Quang Ngai, with power mostly restored.
