Calcutta HC Restores 32,000 Cancelled Teacher Jobs
The Calcutta High Court division bench has cancelled the earlier order that removed 32,000 primary teachers appointed through the 2023 WB TET process. The case on alleged hiring irregularities ended on November 12. WB TET was held in 2014, and 42,949 were hired, but 32,000 were accused of being selected without proper interviews or training.
