India has delivered another big blow to Pakistan amid tensions by taking assertive steps concerning its water resources. Following the suspension of the Indus Waters Treaty, the central government has initiated the reservoir flushing process at the Salal and Baglihar dams in Jammu and Kashmir without prior notice to Pakistan.
