Former Bihar CM Seeks Transfer Of CBI Cases
Former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi moved a plea to transfer CBI and ED cases against her, citing fear of biased proceedings by Special Judge Vishal Gogne. She was named in four cases, including the land-for-jobs and IRCTC scams, she claimed fair justice may not be served to her. The court decides to hear her plea later.
