India Demands IMF To Withhold Loan To Pakistan
Amid escalating tensions between the Indian and Pakistani armies, India is set to prepare to launch economic response against Pakistan. India has demanded IMF that any financial aid granted to Pakistan could be diverted to support terrorism. In light of this, the IMF board is scheduled to discuss Pakistan's loan request on May 9.
