Sri Lanka Discharges 22 Iranian Sailors After Attack
Sri Lanka discharged 22 Iranian sailors rescued from life rafts after their warship, IRIS Dena, was sunk by a United States Navy submarine. The sailors had been receiving treatment at Karapitiya Hospital after the attack occurred just outside Sri Lanka’s territorial waters, officials said after confirming their stable condition and safe discharge.
