Delhi Court Denies Bail To Luthra Brothers Over Goa Fire
A Delhi court rejected the anticipatory bail plea of Luthra brothers in the Goa nightclub fire case that killed 25 people. The brothers fled to Thailand after the December 6 fire. Interpol issued Blue Corner notices, and they were detained in Thailand. Their deportation to India is underway to face charges of manslaughter and negligence.
