ISRO Develops 40-Storey Rocket For Heavy Satellites
ISRO Chairman V Narayanan revealed that ISRO is developing a 40-storey-tall rocket capable of placing a 75-tonne satellite into low Earth orbit. This year, ISRO plans launches including the NAVIC satellite and the GSAT-7R military communication satellite. India currently has 55 satellites in orbit, set to triple soon.
