H1B Visa Process Resumes After Month-Long Suspension
The US Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC) has resumed operations after a nearly month-long suspension due to the govt shutdown. The US Dept of Labor announced that processing of H1B visa applications and other work-related permits for temporary and permanent job opportunities has recommenced, allowing applicants to proceed with their visa processes.
