ISRO Launches HOPE Mission In Ladakh Simulating Moon

ISRO has launched the HOPE mission in Ladakh’s Tso Kar Valley to simulate lunar and Martian conditions for future human spaceflight. Running from August 1 to 10 at 4,530 meters altitude, the mission tests human survival in extreme environments. It includes an eight-meter Habitat Module and supports ISRO’s moon base and Mars ambitions.
