CBI Challenges Acquittal Of Kejriwal, Sisodia In Excise Case
Central Bureau of Investigation told the Delhi High Court that the Delhi excise policy case is a major corruption scam. The agency challenged the lower court order that cleared Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia. CBI said strong evidence and witness statements were ignored and argued the accused were discharged without a proper trial.
