NIA Appoints Khurana As Red Fort Case Prosecutor
The Union Home Ministry has appointed senior advocate Madhav Khurana as special public prosecutor for the November 10 Red Fort car blast case that killed 15 people. Khurana will represent the National Investigation Agency in trial and related proceedings. His three-year tenure covers the NIA special court and Delhi High Court.
