Dengue Surge: Over 1,100 New Cases In Bangladesh
Bangladesh reported 1,147 new dengue cases and five deaths in the last 24 hours, taking total infections to 72,822 and fatalities to 288 this year. With 2,960 cases already in November, dengue is spreading beyond the monsoon period. WHO warns there is no specific treatment, stressing early detection and proper care to reduce severe cases and deaths.
