Cuba Begins Restoring Power After Third Nationwide Blackout

Cuba has begun restoring electricity after its national power grid collapsed for the third time this month, leaving millions without power. The frequent outages are tied to ageing infrastructure, fuel shortages and a U.S. oil blockade that has limited oil supplies.
