Air India To Resume Direct Delhi–Shanghai Flights
Air India will resume Delhi–Shanghai flights on February 1, 2026, its first China service since early 2020. The move follows improved India-China ties. Operated by Boeing 787-8s, the route will run four times weekly. Air India also plans a Mumbai–Shanghai link in 2026, as more carriers restore India–China connectivity.
