Bluebird Challenges Musk By Claiming Twitter Trademarks
Operation Bluebird has asked the US Patent and Trademark Office to cancel Twitter’s trademarks, arguing Elon Musk’s X Corp abandoned them. The startup seeks rights to “Twitter” and “tweet” for its platform “Twitter New.” It says Musk’s overhaul has wiped the Twitter brand from all products and marketing.
