Mumbai woke up to a grey, choking haze as air quality plunged citywide. The overall AQI hit 232, in the "Severe" category, while Wadala Truck Terminal reached a hazardous 380. Santacruz (268), Jogeshwari (266), Colaba (254), and BKC (234) also recorded severe pollution, posing serious respiratory risks for residents, workers, and daily commuters.
