Global Energy Crisis Worse Than 1970s Oil Shocks, Warns IEA Chief

The world faces an energy crisis worse than the combined oil shocks of the 1970s, IEA chief Fatih Birol warned, citing massive disruptions from the Iran conflict. Around 11 million barrels of oil and major gas supplies are affected, threatening global economies.
