Mahindra To Buy 58.96% Stake In SML Isuzu For ₹555 Crore
Mahindra & Mahindra will acquire 58.96% of SML Isuzu for ₹555 crore, boosting its presence in the over 3.5-tonne commercial segment. The deal includes an open offer for an additional 26% stake. This acquisition will increase M&M's market share to 6%, with plans to reach 10-12% by FY31 and 20% by FY36, strengthening its trucks and buses portfolio.
