Terror Probe: NIA Targets 17 Sites in Punjab
The NIA raided 17 locations in Punjab linked to gangster Happy Passian, an aide of Pakistan-based terrorist Rinda, in a Babbar Khalsa International terror conspiracy case. Incriminating materials were seized. Passian, arrested in the US, is accused of funding attacks and recruiting operatives. He and others have been declared proclaimed offenders.
