Hyderabad real estate reached record highs as HMDA’s Neopolis e-auctions saw Plot 18 sell at ₹137.25 crore per acre and Plot 17 at ₹136.50 crore per acre. Together, the two plots generated ₹1,356 crore, boosting revenue and countering claims of a realty slump under Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s administration.
