Dowry Case: Accused Shot While Fleeing Custody
In a dramatic twist in the dowry death case, accused Vipin, husband of victim Nikki, was shot in the leg during an encounter with Uttar Pradesh Police near Sirsa Chowk, Greater Noida. He allegedly attempted to escape by snatching a pistol from an officer. Vipin was apprehended and is currently hospitalized under police custody.
