Jhansi Division Sees Faster Trains After Loop-Line Modernisation
Indian Railways has doubled loop-line speeds in the Jhansi Division from 15 km/h to 30 km/h, reducing train travel time by nearly half. Stations including Kulpahar, Charkhari Road, Teharka and Ranipur Road benefit from the upgrade, improving punctuality and easing traffic on the Jhansi–Mahoba section. Officials say the move will enhance passenger convenience.
