Man Catches 500 Pound SwordFish, Feeds Entire Town
In Cudjoe Key, Florida, charter captain Jose Rodriguez Jr. battled a giant 480‑pound swordfish for about five hours before finally hauling it aboard. The rare catch, one of the largest in the Keys, was mostly donated to local residents, feeding around 50–70 people. The family who helped catch it kept only a small portion.
