The AP govt has sanctioned ₹9.21 crore for the Kidney Research Super Specialty Hospital in Palasa, Srikakulam district. Veera Pandian, in-charge secretary of the Department of Medical Health and Family Welfare, confirmed that the funds will be used for purchasing necessary machinery and equipment.
