NOTA Use Rises In Bihar 2024 But Still Far Below 2015 Peak
The NOTA option received 1.81% of votes in the 2024 Bihar polls, slightly higher than 2020’s 1.68% but much lower than 2015’s 2.48%. Over 6.65 lakh voters chose NOTA this time. Despite record turnout, its share remains low. Introduced in 2013, NOTA continues to offer voters a secrecy-protected rejection choice.
