Bank Of India Raises ₹2,500 Crore In Tier II Bonds
Bank of India has announced the successful raising of ₹2,500 crore through Basel III compliant Tier II bonds, offering a yield of 7.28% per annum via the NSE Electronic Bidding Platform. The base issue size was set at ₹1,000 crore, with an additional green shoe option of ₹1,500 crore. These bonds are intended to enhance the bank's capital adequacy position.
