Speaker Urges Govt To Brief MPs On Crop Insurance
Speaker Om Birla today urged the government to form groups of MPs to better understand the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana. Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan agreed. The scheme offers farmers affordable insurance coverage against crop losses caused by natural disasters, aiming to strengthen awareness and effective implementation among policymakers.
