Manipur recorded 129 new dengue cases, raising the total to 3,594 this year, with one death in Bishnupur district, officials said. Following NVBDCP guidelines, authorities tested 7,883 people between January and October. Imphal West reported 2,507 cases, the highest, followed by Imphal East (655), Bishnupur (102), and Thoubal (84), officials confirmed.
