Ahmedabad Targets ₹3,000–5,000 Cr Budget For 2030 CWG
The 2030 Commonwealth Games in Ahmedabad are expected to cost ₹3,000–5,000 crore for operations, excluding major infrastructure upgrades. Officials say Gujarat has learned from Delhi’s 2010 issues. A new not-for-profit Organising Committee will be formed by early 2026. The Games, planned for October 2030, may feature 15–17 sports.
