High Court Slams Council Chairman For Delay On MLC Resignation Decision
The Andhra Pradesh High Court criticised Legislative Council Chairman Koyye Moshen Raju for delaying action on MLC Jayamangala Venkataramana’s resignation. Despite submitting it nine months ago, no decision was taken. The court ordered a hearing and a final decision within four weeks. It earlier fined the chairman for failing to respond.
